Investor enquiries
When you use the form on the investor page, we use your name, email address and anything else you enter to reply and continue the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from prospective investors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We need your name and email to reply. Only the Cloey team can read enquiries, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for the conversation.
Personal invitations
When we invite you to Cloey, we use your name, email address and, where relevant, company to personalise and send the invitation. We keep a record of the invitation, its attachment and sending outcome so our team can manage the conversation and avoid duplicate invitations. Only authorised Cloey editors can access these records. We use our email provider to deliver the message. We do not track email opens. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in establishing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by replying or contacting hello@cloey.se. We delete your invitation records when they are no longer needed for that relationship.
If you email us, for example to book a demo, we use your email address and what you write to reply, on the same legal basis. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs it.
Visiting the website
Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address when you visit cloey.se. Our hosting provider processes it to deliver the site and protect it against misuse, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store visitors’ IP addresses or use them to identify you.
The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Recipients
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. The website is hosted in the EU. We do not sell personal data and disclose it only when the law requires us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and receive data you sent through the form in a machine-readable format. Email hello@cloey.se and we will reply within one month. We do not make automated decisions about you.
You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
